Director Domestic Violence Perpetrator Program

2000-current         Casteele, Williams & Associates  State Agency (CWA)  , Tacoma, WA

  • Administer Assessments for Court Order evaluations for (DV) Domestic Violence, (AM) Anger

         Management  & families (No contact orders- victims –family supervision);

  • Identify and developed individual Treatment plans based on therapist recommendations using case

         management  to measuring outcome and process;

  • Collaborate with community coalitions and agencies to assist victim’s and their families with support and  

         resources; working with diverse cultural groups (Viennese, Korean, Hispanic & American)   

  • Develop program curriculum and Facilitate psycho-educational treatment to address maladaptive

         Behavioral patterns.

Facilitate Drug & Alcohol Information School, DUI and DV Victim Impact panels, and Communicable Disease Information, to include HIV status and risk intervention.  

Contract with Pierce & King County School Districts as Family Educator for Parenting workshops

  • Contractual Agreements to Facilitated weekly family oriented psycho-educational groups;

  •  Providing services as a Victim Advocate for victims who have limited support due to they represent a marginalize population that I underserved for services. African-American women who lack sufficient support and guidance through the legal system in courts,  no-contact orders,  parenting plans , mental health issues, limited resources due to poverty and literacy issues,

  • Collaborated with other agencies, community resources, to assist victims with food, shelter, clothing an legal services

  • Facilitating victim empowerment groups, conferences in the community for victim awareness through education and collaboration  to better protect victim of domestic Violence

Co-Host Live Radio Broadcast at KLAY 1180 AM for Lamb of God Christian Min.
